Subject: The Federal Tax Authority launched the "Tax 10" digital platform for innoVATion in order to provide opportunities to use the platform for several members of society, and to provide opportunities to use the platform for representatives of universities and government agencies in the country, and for representatives of tax authorities in the Gulf Region.

Objective: The consultation aims to focus on improving the user experience, expanding the scope of cognitive tools, and applying the latest digital technologies. The Authority seeks to present the "Tax 10" platform as a leading model in government innoVATion, not only at the internal level for the Authority's employees, but as a national standard in tax knowledge and digital transformation.

Results: Through this consultation, the FTA seeks to provide a simpler and more effective user interface, which facilitates the communication process between the Authority and users, in addition to achieving a qualitative leap in the services of the "Tax 10" platform.
