    Use this service to request a printed physical copy of your VAT registration certificate.

    1. How will the physical copy of the VAT registration certificate be received?
    The Certificate will be sent through Emirates Post to your registered address.

    2. What are the available methods of payment?
    You can make your payment through e-Dirham. 

    3. Can I save the application as a draft to be updated later? If yes, for how long?
    No, you cannot save the in-progress application (as a draft) and complete it at a later point in time. If you close your application before completing it, you will have to restart your application from the beginning. 

    4. Who can submit the application to FTA?
    The application can be submitted to FTA by you (VAT Registrant), your tax agent or legal representative.

    5. What will happen once I complete my application?
    • Make payment 
    a) On successful payment, your application will be submitted to FTA. In case of payment failure, you can retry the payment again.
    b) You can view this payment in your Transaction History, and you can download a copy of the receipt.
    • Delivery of printed certificate
    a) The FTA will print physical copy of your requested certificate and mail it to your registered company address.
