Institutional and Functional Excellence Award

The Federal Tax Authority launched the AlRuwad Award for Excellence, which was designed in line with the directions of the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program, with the aim of enhancing and encouraging the spirit of competition and establishing a culture of excellence among all employees of the Authority to celebrate their efforts and innoVATions in all areas of work, and to bring out the creativity and energies of its human capital to support achieving sustainable results in the institutional performance of the authority.
The AlRuwad award for Excellence includes several categories of awards targeting employees. The first cycle of the award was launched in 2022, when the Authority organized a ceremony to announce the results of the AlRuwad award. for Excellence. This is to enhance and stimulate the work environment and provide a competitive climate based on innoVATion and excellence.
