Subject: In line with the digital transformation strategy of the UAE government, the Federal Tax Authority launched the "Tara" virtual chat assistant service on its website, which is based on the latest artificial intelligence technologies in order to provide a smooth and easy user experience for FTA website users.
The Virtual Chat Assistant is available in both Arabic and English and provides FTA website users with an easy browsing experience through the website, in addition to answering common questions about the tax system in the UAE and the services provided by the Authority.
Objective: The consultation aims to collect the opinions and suggestions of website users with the "Tara" virtual assistance service.
Results: The suggestions submitted through consultation will be used in future development plans for the Virtual Chat Assistant feature.
