The Federal Tax Authority is committed to delivering tax awareness content through its official social media channels with the aim of raising tax awareness, simplifying relevant tax concepts and legislation, and promoting voluntary compliance among taxpayers.

This content includes explanatory materials, infographics, short videos, procedural alerts, and interactive responses to taxpayers' inquiries. These efforts align with the Authority's commitment to strengthening digital communication channels and enhancing customer experience, in line with the government's digital transformation and transparency objectives

 

:Objective

This consultation aims to assess the quality and effectiveness of tax content published across social media platforms in terms of message clarity, ease of understanding, and its ability to meet the needs of targeted audiences. It also seeks to measure engagement and reach levels.

Furthermore, the consultation intends to identify areas for improvement and refine content presentation methods in order to enhance awareness impact and achieve higher levels of taxpayer satisfaction and compliance.
