Community Opinions on the Federal Tax Authority's Awareness Efforts for Registration in the Tax System

Thursday, March 05,2026

Topic: The FTA plays a central role in fostering a well-informed tax culture. Since launching corporate tax in mid 2023, the Authority has significantly increased its educational reach-holding over 40 in-person and virtual events during the first half of 2024 alone, compared with just 17 in the same period the previous year. These sessions-attended by more than 8,200 participants-focused on critical topics such as registration procedures, taxable income calculations, and Small Business Relief.

The FTA's comprehensive awareness efforts also include digital campaigns, interactive webinars, easily accessible guides and infographics, and targeted workshops tailored to specific industries and business needs  All of these aim to support tax payers -whether you're an established business or a startup-in understanding and fulfilling your tax obligations clearly and confidently.

Objective: The objective of this survey is to gather public feedback on the effectiveness of the Federal Tax Authority's awareness initiatives related to tax registration and compliance.

Expected outcome: FTA aims to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the FTA's awareness efforts, enabling the Authority to enhance future educational campaigns and better support taxpayers.
