The application and submission process can be completed electronically at any time within just 25 minutes. A service card is also available that includes all the required documents and forms in addition to the procedures and steps taken by the customer.

Objective: The consultation aims to collect customer feedback on tax refunds for UAE Nationals for the construction of new housing in terms of clarity of the process, speed of completion and response.
