EmaraTax is now live
Go to https://eservices.tax.gov.ae/ to access the FTA’s online services. This web address will remain unchanged even after the transition to EmaraTax. This dedicated microsite contains important information about EmaraTax and is intended to help you use the new platform. More content will be added over time.
Your existing FTA account details have been migrated to EmaraTax along with any draft returns and other declarations
If you already have an account with the FTA, your details have been migrated to EmaraTax. All you need to do is reset your password the first time you login to the new platform.
The details of any draft tax returns or other declarations that have been saved in the old platform but not submitted prior to the transition commencing have also been transferred to EmaraTax. Simply login to EmaraTax and continue where you left off.
Reset your password the first time you use EmaraTax
The first time you use EmaraTax, you will be asked to reset your password. Go to https://eservices.tax.gov.ae/. Navigate to the banner at the top of the page which asks “Are you an existing eServices user?”. Click “Please reset your password here” to be guided through the password reset process.
If you could previously login to your FTA account and have access to your registered email
Simply insert your email account details and the security code shown on screen then click “Continue” to proceed with the password reset process.
If you could previously login to your FTA account but do not have access to your registered email
All you need to do is click “Change Email Address” to be guided through an alternative process to reset your password. You can reset your password with either your registered email address and current eServices login password, or your registered mobile telephone number.

Please note that to assist taxpayers and simplify the password reset process Scenario 1 as shown in the infographic is no longer available.
If you do not have an account, setting one up is easy
You will be able to quickly create a new user account in EmaraTax. Once you have an account you can access the FTA’s online services that you need.
You can login using your UAE Pass account
