Maskan App

 “Maskan” is a digital application for VAT Refund for UAE Nationals Building New Residences. The application is designed to meet citizens’ aspirations from government services, allowing for the establishment of a modern housing system. With the aim of providing smart services that contribute to achieving well-being, sustainable development and happiness.

 

Application Benefits:

  • The UAE national will be able to list all invoices during the construction stages to his account and will be provided with a unique bar code that allows suppliers to scan in order to link the invoices directly to the owner's account.
  • Speeding the process time for refund requests.
  • Calculate all expenses and determine the refunded tax.
  • Providing access through UAE Pass.
