“Maskan” is a smart digital application that aims to provide proactive services on the VAT refund for Newly Built Residences by UAE Nationals service, which will contribute to achieving high efficiency centered on zero bureaucracy in procedures and providing integrated and proactive services to achieve the National Strategy for Wellbeing 2031.

Application Benefits:
Providing access through UAE Pass.
The UAE national will be able to list all invoices during the construction stages to his account and will be provided with a unique bar code that allows suppliers to scan in order to link the invoices directly to the owner's account.
