Institutional and Functional Excellence Award
The Federal Tax Authority launched the AlRuwad Award for Excellence, designed in line with the directions of the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program, with the aim of enhancing and encouraging the spirit of competition and establishing a culture of excellence among all employees of the Authority — celebrating their efforts and innoVATions in all areas of work, and bringing out the creativity and energies of its human capital to support achieving sustainable results in the Authority’s institutional performance.
The AlRuwad Award for Excellence includes several categories targeting employees. The first cycle of the award was launched in 2022, when the Authority organised a ceremony to announce its results — enhancing and stimulating the work environment and providing a competitive climate based on innoVATion and excellence.
